In compliance with the WCPSS Board R&P #2313 which requires that "all WCPSS business conducted on-line must utilize WCPSS authorized e-mail (communications) programs or services," all WCPSS students and staff must use WCPSS provided e-mail accounts when required for instructional needs.

Beginning July 10, students will send and receive email from their new Outlook account by logging into the WakeID Portal at wakeid.wcpss.net and clicking the Outlook icon. Students will no longer be able to send or receive new email from their Lotus Notes account.

Elementary students: Email accounts are created for elementary students upon request from a student's principal. Middle and high school students: Email accounts are automatically created for all middle school and high school students at the beginning of the year.Students will receive their account and login information from the school staff member designated to handle student email requests.
